CANCELLATION FEE $25 - Once customer's order is received and customer
decides to cancel for any reason - customer agrees to pay a $25
cancellation fee. Customer (name on the order payment form) is the
only one that can cancel an order. This fee covers the expense of
processing your credit card order, processing your credit card refund,
long distance phones/or fax expense, emails and contacting our Realtor®
Referral associate with your contact information, and our extensive
time involved. Please be aware that once your order has been processed,
we are charged a fee from the credit card processing center - and
when we process a refund, we are charged a fee from the credit card
processing center. These are the reasons why we charge a $25 cancellation
fee, with the most significant reason being the considerable amount
of time, professional expertise and effort handling your order.
We cannot afford to operate and incur fees and costs for home-sellers
who are not sure they want to sell their home using our referral
service, after they order and pay.
If you cancel your order after 30-days there is NO REFUND - you can use the service at a later time on any property.
You also understand and agree there is absolutely "No Refund"
possible once your property has been listed in the
MLS
Eligible Refunds will be processed within 30-days after request is received.
Free items may be discontinued at any time and the cost of extra items can change at any time without notice
